The spacious up-market kitchen has granite countertops and a dishwasher as well as and an eat-in breakfast high top bar area. Cooking for six yacht crew has never been easier!

There is both a formal dining room that seats 6 and a casual dining area that overlooks the spacious living room.  The living room is ideal for entertaining and holds a large and comfortable sectional with a flat screen TV.

The Master bedroom is spacious and has double doors that lead onto the covered patio. It has a Queen bed, large walk-in closet and modern ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has double vanity (s sinks), a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. This suite is the perfect set-up for a couple of Captain!

The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each room and are spacious. 

Long mirrors, hairdryers and laundry hampers are provided throughout the house.

There is a crystal blue pool (pool is fenced) with a large covered patio and BBQ ideal for the great weather Fort Lauderdale gets all year round!

On the other side of the pool, is a cottage that can sleep 2 people. This can be rented along with the house or separately. It has its own laundry.
