This short-term rental house has 3 floors providing lots of privacy that many Yacht Crew don’t find on yachts or in typical crew houses.

On the ground/1st floor, there is an open concept kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances as well as a dishwasher and garbage disposal for those that enjoy cooking.

A high-top kitchen dining area so crew can entertain and cook at the same time.

Spacious living room with large flat screen TV ideal for those coming back from work and needing to relax after a hard day. A dining table that seats 6-8 comfortably so all guests can eat together.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom is spacious and has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

There are also two other bedrooms that share a bathroom on that same floor. The bathroom has a shower/tub setup.

Two twin beds in each room. Laundry facilities are complimentary and are located on the second floor, which is very convenient. King bed in master bedroom.

On the third floor is the fourth bedroom with its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub setup. The third floor has a den area complete with pull out sofa and TV. This 2nd living space is a wonderful additional hang-out for crew.

Long mirrors, hairdryers and laundry hampers are provided throughout the house.

Outdoor area on the ground floor and third floor with a BBQ.

Rates listed on our website are our starting rates/seasonal rates which may or may not be the rate we can offer for your stay.
