This up-market 4 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom in Ft. Lauderdale is the perfect furnished rental for those on vacation and for Yacht Crew.

No lease is required when staying in a Smart Move house. This property is available for weekly rent and monthly rent.

Located within minutes from Lauderdale Marine Center (LMC) it makes its one of our most convenient short-term rentals for Yacht Crew. Crew are able to go back and forth to the house during the day while the boat is at LMC.

With its’ open concept kitchen, stainless-steel appliances and dishwasher, this kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking.

The living room has a extra large sofa so enjoying the flat screen TV after a long day is very enjoyable.

The layout of the house is ideal providing just enough privacy for all guests, whether they are Yacht Crew or Vacationers. It sleeps a total of eight people.

One one side of the house is the master bedroom with a Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with large Jacuzzi tub and very large walk-in closets.

The remaining three bedrooms on the other side of the house.

The three bedrooms are set-up to have 2 twins in each room allowing Maritime Crew or out-of-town guests flexibility during their stay whether it be a week or a month. The shared bathroom has a tub

This spacious short-term rental has a large covered patio and BBQ with a large fenced in pool. All guests can enjoy the outdoor area and have fun in the sun while in Fort Lauderdale.
